BFGminer - strange error on RASPBERY PI

Hi all bitcoin collectors I have problem I used this tutorial to create from my raspberry miner:

Everything was great untill I saw than my miner isn't working good this is screen:

I run this command: ./bfgminer -o stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -O username.worker:password -S all

Any1 know how to solve this problem ? I used my USB STICKS on PC and all works fine
