You are the dev.  Why wouldn't you send messages to exchanges?  Or better yet why don't you use that pre-mine and give bounties to exchanges to get on them.  Or give bounties to fixers to get you on exchanges and other services.  I know there are people out there who can get you whatever you need.

I see you listed some bounties. You may want to add one for a block explore if you don't have one yet. I believe the larger exchanges pretty much require a block explorer at this point.  You may want to get one ASAP.

To help speed up the process of deploying your coin, we'd like the following information:
* Coin Name
* Coin trading symbol
* Launch Date (past or future)
* Github Link
* Exchanges you are currently on
* Official blockchain explorer
* What is your TxFee for a transaction
* What do you believe your min trade size should be
* A png image for your coin with a transparent background

dev, did you provide these to bittrex?

Doesn't compile under linux:
Code:
*** No rule to make target `libleveldb.a'.  Stop.
Please fix this.
For anyone else having this issue, just copy the 2 files libleveldb.a and libmemenv.a from another wallet into src/leveldb. Still it should be fixed in the github repos.

Then upon launching the wallet, another problem arises:
Code:
************************
EXCEPTION: St11logic_error
basic_string::_S_construct null not valid
AnonymousCoin in dnsseed

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
  what():  basic_string::_S_construct null not valid
Aborted (core dumped)
This time it's in the code, again, if someone has trouble, here we go:
in src/net.cpp around line 1195, it should look like this (I added the first address from the original post here, maybe other addresses might work):
Code:
static const char *strMainNetDNSSeed[][2] = {
    {"anonymouscoin.net", "198.15.160.171"},
    {NULL, NULL}
};
After recompiling, it launches and syncs.
Hmm. Is this coin still alive? Smiley

Edit: I even received a transaction so it definitely works. Could be better if it worked out of the box...
