This situation of not so clear updates and uncertainity is for sure punished exponantionally in the Crypto Market.
The Team will need to provide more regular and clear updates on a daily basis to have the price to be able to be sustained by a steady and Healthy increase.
For Sure this will be delivered as well by our Dev and PR Team in the next future but at the moment I think they need to focus on this with priority, to have a clear and regular daily communication between the PR and DEV team so that there can be a clear communication between the PR and the rest of the Public.

This may be frowned upon but I will be brutally honest. After holding for ages, watching the coin go to 300k then back to 200k, then 270k, then 200k, then 220k then 180k, then 210k then all the way down to 170k and now at 130k I sold my coins. I sold @190 and bought back in cheaper because due to lack of news, its clear the down trend would continue for a little while so why lose thousands of pounds of my hard earned cash that I invested, when I could sell high and buy back when its cheaper? Hell, I was already down around 2k watching the pice fall from 300k to 200k, now I get to make that money back watching it rise from 130k-230k.
I will support XC, I will invest but give me more info in regards to a time scale so I have the will to hold when the price is high.
You dirty market manipulator.  How dare you sell your coins and make the price go down.  |

That is true but this is Crypto as well, a Rise to 1M was certain without the delay of REV2.. if I want to Invest real long term I invest in Silver. |

a) the price reflects the interest in the coin so a declining price is not a good sign. A stable price would be fine b) if people feel they will lose their investment they will abandon ship and the coin dies however good it is c) There was a failed moon launch with PR for rev 2 - after which no more PR. So it's reasonable to ask what is going on as people have committed real money to this coin. |

Its summer, there have been attacks on other coins, there has been attack on Mintpal, team is working silently in the background, yet you people worry about price? If you think you have the stomach to trade and end up with more XC you are more than welcome to, I know I would if I had the capital.

Is this a serious question?  It is a valid question. This price decline gives me bad vibes, just like it did with all other scam-coins that I bought. Always huge road-maps with large expectations, price boost then just decline to nothing. I would want much more updates from devs and what they are doing, they can't work in silent, then people won't believe that they are working, even if they delivered before. Because to gain trust they have to deliver in the beginning, and then they will sell premine etc etc. So start to give us the updates we deserve, and show that this is not just another scam-coin. a good starting place is july 7 in this forum (i believe page 641) ...after reading every post in here, i believe they are working their butts off and find consolation in the fact that they are focusing on what should be priority and not being distracted by humouring this thread. personally, i don't mind giving them a few days to focus on building rome. |

I have dumped over 50% of my holdings... i Feel like this is cinni all over again.. the tech is there and the team delivers... but people got burnned on price and then got burned on Rev2.. i still hold some XC in hope it will rise and also because i know how strong the team is... Put most of my xc sell off in to CLOAK theyr doing huge things. Good luck XC i will keep monitoring as i am holdign but not as much as i once did
The mess up was 100% on the PR side. I still don't understand how you can have a situation where REV2 was delayed but all the features have been delivered.  If the features are delivered, doesn't that make REV2 delivered? The way this was handled just makes my head explode. With regards to your new investment. Based on my experiences, once a coin reaches the top 20 market cap, you better love the coin for the long-term because the short-term pump is coming close to an end. The upside for top 20 coins becomes more heavily weighted toward the possibility of mass adoption. Innovation and good BitcoinTalk marketing tactics will get the coin to the top 20 and great marketing gets it to the top 10. |

Too many copycat coins out there. What happens now is price re-evaluation. Those prices were ok a few weeks ago, but now its just too inflated.
Not only XC price dropping, but other similiar projects as well.
