slush pool help

im mining on the slush pool and was wondering when do i get my confirmed reward?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

After the blocks are confirmed.

There's been some block explorer errors lately, that have forced a manual confirmation (if you see them show up as invalid in succession).

You need to wait for 100 confirmations on a block found reward.
