I really hate to do this publicly but I've given them plenty of time to respond privately.

TL;DR I deposited $100 at CryptoXchange, they cashed my check, but didn't credit my account - initially because I screwed up the deposit procedure (first time working with them). But even after making phone calls, sending emails since the 30th, providing the copies of the cancelled checks that they cashed on the 2012-01-30, I still don't have my account credited, my money returned, and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them since 2012-02-02.

My hopes are that someone here can push the right buttons to help me get this resolved.

Thank for getting back to me and I'm glad we had the talk on your live support line. I initiated the deposit with my online account and had no idea, until after I clicked 'send', that it was going out as a check.

I understand you've been out of the office and your team has been busy with an upgrade. No hard feelings, and like I said earlier, I plan on giving it another proper go, with a cash deposit, in the next week.

I would like to thank Ken for finally getting this resolved for me. My account has been credited and I have purchased my first Bitcoins through this exchange.

I feel some regret for having to bring this issue to a public forum as it appears to be a tragedy of errors and simple miscommunication. But all is good and we have arrived at good resolution.
