As we speak I am already updating the wallet to make it ready for anon implementation and bitcoin 0.9x core

updates will be implemented on this fork:
https://github.com/savale/Axis

Support is appreciated and will help speed up coding new features:

axis:
APfUgJgGxaUVebbmTFFhWUMndQrUuDZ5x9

btc:
1PmDDQQzqhD86K69FvMUA8a2NsJp8sEjZ4

Not to start problems but I would hold off on forking because that's just going to seriously mess up the coin.

Although, you have the absolute right to fork the coin as it is licensed to allow that, it will cause confusion.

There are already devs waiting to help and many people here (with the greatest respect) don't know you or your plans for your fork of this coin.

Regards!

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

The mods of BitCoinTalk can and will close threads that have too many wallet addresses in posts. It's nothing to do with the people in this thread but what the admins of the site decide.

The pool admins probably need to update their wallet but as it no longer PoW, it may not be a high priority for them. Just a guess.

well well well. the sleeper has awakened...

i bought some at over 3k thinking i was smart, ha! so is this real or is it not? 0.5 btc is not very relevant volume, impossible to get in or out to any meaningful extent.

Who is in control now, or is it dev fud news for people to get in / out?

crypto is tiring sometimes

I can only talk for myself, but I am very serious about this coin. As long as it doesn't become like so many others... All hype and full of tripe!

I was buying in from the launch and I continue to do so. I might need a bag full to allow me to use them for a project but only if it doesn't go down the same path with anon and all that bad jazz.

If you give me a poke before you add DNS seeds, I'll see if I can contribute a long term node that you can include.

I will be happy to test the next Mac build scripts before you release it, if you want.  I have 3 or 4 of them, from Mavericks to 10.6, some with QT and all the libraries installed, and others completely bare bones. PM me.

I haven't looked at it so can't say one way or another.

I'll try to get some time to give it an examination.

It's safe, but feel free to look at the changes I made and build it yourself (using gitian it is quite easy to do it yourself). Let me know if developing on the wallet is appreciated.
