I see no impact on market though..! I don't understand why they blocked it on the first place.!

I don't think what made them change their minds though..! I think a little study on the subject lead them to make the decision.

You cant say them fool, because they are public listing company. So every step they take its affect in stock market. you can say they were taking precaution before implementing.

All Apple wants to make sure is in app purchase must be done via Apple ecosystem only. They do not want to allow, encourage any other payment medium inside Apple ecosystem.
