Lets first have a steady price around 1000$ or € that would be a nice milestone.
But I read so many different things 10k, 100k 1m per bitcoin it's all a possibility.
I think a 100k target could be achieved in the future, that's my prediction.

The price needs to stay above 650 for a few days before reaching 700+ , if we got dumped again it wont go to that price

in 1 year:  price around 5000 USD
in 2 years: price around 25000 USD
in 5 years: maybe between 50000-100000 USD

100000 USD would make bitcoin a "large currency": http://www.coinometrics.com/bitcoin/mix

I'll call it a highly optimistic scenario but won't take it out of equation..! but I'll say that you are moving at a light speed here.. yeah somehow bitcoin managed to get pass 1k$ mark in 3-4years but getting upto 50K$ mark in next 5years sounds too much..!

I'd say almost the same except that it won't take that long to get to 100000.
So in 3 years: 50000-100000

I think the rise will slow down at a certain point. you cant expect it to go up exponentially and then immedialty flat out. Think if we use 100000 as "end price" we will see slower growth starting from 10000

Those who invested two years ago, when the price was $5 a pop, have seen their investment increase a sickening 9,560% to $650 per bitcoin (at the time of writing). In order to enjoy the same percentage return over the next two years, the price of bitcoin would have to increase from $650 to around $46,500.

But going to 100000 isn't that hard, it only means the big companies are involved.
I imagine it will slow down right after 100000.
