I am not seeing any peers
is there a list of peers to start with?

I see, 21 Connected Peers
But what are peers? I have never heard of them before.

I got my account from dgex, passphrase has worked fine and coins are there. I'm forging but with only few coins the chance to find a block is very small. Never mind, good work Fimk-team and dgex.

I want to join the network, but I cant without knowing at least one peer's IP address
for some reason it is not finding them automatically

Not unless you have really bad bandwidth and cant keep up with the network
CPU usage is minimal

Any Windows user having success?  I can't get it to work.  When I run the .bat, now I see the script launching, and then for a moment, the last line says "User interface not enabled" and then the CMD window closes.

I really need to get this fixed because I leave in a few hours for 2 weeks and would like to be forging while i'm away.

We'll probably have our blockexplorer up tonight or latest tomorrow, you can safely check your balance from that.

I made a block but disappeared after a few minutes.

The block is still listed as wrought by me, but no longer appears in my list.

Can a forged block appear and disappear as a few minutes?
