Lawsuit.

NO MAN!  The angry birds will pay the lawyers..

 But as far as the coin making it on exchange as not a single exchange would risk a lawsuit by mac.. ummm...

You guys need your own exchange.  Call it the Angry Bird Cage.

edit:

Change the name of the coin to Angry Chicken Coin.  Sounds much better and no lawsuit.  And instead of the mac apple, have a banana with a bite out it.  
   Then you could make an angry chicken game, with angry chicken gangs that you have to toss into frying pans.  And have online delivery for fried chicken with your angry chicken coins.  Could earn free chicken by tossing the chickens into the pan.  Fuck I'm a genius.
