You sure that's not a btce address? that's much more likely than for it to belong to an individual I think.

Perhaps the hacker moved the robbed coins to an exchange.

That sounds like the most likely scenario I think.

Now if we can find out what exchange(if any, but definitely possible) they went to and we might have a chance of getting somewhere if OP can prove the funds were originally his somehow. That's assuming the exchange is willing to cooperate. Which is also pretty unlikely I guess. Although an exchange with that many LTC might be BTC-e, so they should cooperate considering the funds were stolen from BTC-e.

Only problem is BTC-e has done nothing so far which is worrying.
