It is is a user created asset built on top of http://Counterparty.co, so it uses the Bitcoin blockchain and Bitcoin addresses.

This is going to sound silly, but I fear the forums!  So many strange formatting things w the posting, it doesn't seem very inviting and there are always inside jokes I don't get... I think conception innovation is also important.
It would be better to add property protection features like Monegraph with namecoin. I am not a technical guy, so I don't know how difficult to achieve this. But it's really important for artists to protect their property.

The video w Adam was impromptu btw.  I wasn't even supposed to be in SF, but there was the Music Tech conf I was invited to so I drove up to Napa spur of the moment.  We just took his camera and went into the yard.  It's lovely there.  Had I been in NYC as planned, we would have done it at the studio www.PremierStudiosNY.com I used to manage so the audio would have been better and lighting.  However, this was natural and let's face it, I don't have a video crew following me around (YET!) Plus even now we wouldn't be able to take it down cause that vid has traction in other places it's been posted.

What does the "$25,000 minimum goal" mean? If $25K isn't reached, what happens?

And curious if you know why CoinPowers.com requires an account to be set up, rather than letting parties simply send Bitcoin to a specific address (as with the MaidSafe sale).

If the minimum isn't reached, everyone will be refunded (minus the tx fee to send it back), the coin won't be created and Tatiana will try things a little differently.

Coinpowers requires you to at least click through to a guest account because this is very experimental and we want you to be aware of the risk.  You don't have to give us your info (register an account) but you do have to agree that you saw the terms and conditions.

I think the purposes are:
-Experiment with a new coin model
-Raise money for Tatiana
-Give people a way to earn Tatiana-based goodies
-Give people a way to speculate on Tatiana (and this model). The idea being something like, if Tatiana becomes a superstar (or grows in popularity), the coins you bought will become more valuable, and you can make profit.

I think it's a really neat funding idea for people who believe in an artist (or project). One can contribute during the lean times, and participate in profit should enough success come.

The main thing that confused me was your dispersion breakdown in paragraph form. It would probably be more understandable in table formatting.

Hey guys! I just wrote this long post on here and then the forum did some weird error and I lost it.  I am pretty peeved, but oh well.  I am so happy to see people keepin the thread alive!  The campaign is growing slowly but surely.  I think with such a new experience, folks don't know what exactly to make of it, but the response has been really positive.  Thanks for all your support!  This link is to the QA we did today with Adam B.
