Loonie rally until parity was a good call  Wink

btq WA you need to fix the price

Thanks for the reminder   Cheesy

Around January I changed the price of my bi-weekly newsletter to $35/month (USD) in terms of bitcoins. Basically, if the spot price of bitcoins at the time of payment is $100/bitcoin then the subscription payment is ~0.35 bitcoins.

The newsletter comes out twice a week and includes charting of stocks (SPX, DAX, SSEC, NIKKEI), commodities (GOLD, SILVER, COPPER, OIL, NATURAL GAS), currencies (EUR, AUD, CAD, JPY), bonds (10yr US note yield), and, of course, bitcoin (BTC/USD). My main focus, apart from charting bitcoin, is to educate subscribers on how everything in the market is inter-related. Moreover, because the price of bitcoin fluctuates in much the same manner as every other asset, Bitcoin is a great medium for those who are interested in investing in other markets. My subscription service is merely meant to make charting/trading understandable. As many of my subscribers know, I enjoy teaching others about TA so that they are able to do it by themselves.

Again, thanks for reminding me myself. I kept forgetting to post this update on the forums.

You should really update the first post. I took one look yesterday and saw all the talk about last year and I assumed this service was long dead.

Thanks, samson. I'll change it shortly.

What would you suggest? Should I keep the past lengthy description of the first post or should I make it short and sweet?

I'd put the recent description to samson on the top and separate it with a line from the historical part so whoever is interested can check out your track record and how this thread came to be.

Wave,

i think you will have a lot of new subscribers now that we are on a bear market. People without hope can find some comfort on your analysis.

For my part i can say, and its not a joke or a exageration, that this service changed my life. More than just knowing about bitcoin, which change my life a lot, the teachings of WA changed the way i see the world. $35 a month is a low sum of money for the things you will learn.

A powerful statement there, siu! I could not agree more! Wink
The wealth of knowledge gained will work in any market in the world, and will continue to work for the rest of your life.

As for the Bear market, Bear markets are amongst the most difficult scenarios to predict. This service will help to guide the subs through this Bear and come out still trading and not broke. Wink

Hey myself,

That's a good question. It all depends on how long the price fluctuates between 166 and 50 (~65 if you take the recent low as the next higher triangle low after 50) along with if the price surpasses the lowest high of the more pronounced smaller triangle at 115. Remember that your larger upper triangle boundary can always be raised because the next lower high can be anywhere below 166. As of right now, the jury is still out of the larger triangle because the smaller one is still valid. I would definitely be on board with the larger triangle which you've pictured if the price continues to trace out either a bullish E-wave or bearish D and E-waves within the boundaries that you've drawn.

I hope that helps,

WA just a details about concepts hehe

btc on mtgox started from 0,05 USD but it went down to 0,01 USD,  in cases like that should wee assume that it has started from 0,00 USD ?

If your question is regarding Elliott Wave (EW), it doesn't really matter where bitcoin started,  because EW theory doesn't state that everything starts out trading in a wave 1 of 1 of 1 etc. The low of 0.01 would merely be seen as a major low while the beginning price would be mostly irrelevant.
