Hashrates of mine, some overclocked:

Visiontek 5850 1GB: 180h/s (rlly OCd)
MSI R 7770 PMD1GD5 1GB: 180h/s
Sapphire HD 5830 1GB: 230 - 250h/s
Gigabyte 6850 GV-R685D5-1GD 1GB: 235h/s
Gigabyte R9 270x 4GB: 445h/s
Club R9 270x 2GB: 458h/s
XFX R9 390 8GB: 772h/s

If you want more details ask.
Soon I'll update with wattage info..

5850 gives me 230 with no OC. whats your settings? OC'd should put out 250 or even more, depending on how far u push it.
Efficiency is another thing tho..

I think there's something wrong with it, doesn't seem to improve much over 900/1000, runs super hot. 90-100c
According my my gauge it takes ~200w.

I'll probably put it in a family computer as it's not at all profitable.

-h 448 -a 3 on clocks 800/1050 should give 250 hashes. If the gpu is getting that hot for you, it's probably faulty cooler or loose heatsink/thermal paste i guess.
i have accelero on it and it doesnt pass 60 C under load.

cheers

So, will the FCN MM ports on minergate work with 3.2 fine? Or is even MM working with this new miner version?

Solve my issue with making sure the -u was needed to put the email account for minergate in the bat file. Thanks for the no help crypto world.... Tongue

On to a new issue: My 7970 isn't doing 450 h/s, but 370 h/s. I did gpu allocate at 100%. What settings are optimal to run is close to 450 h/s?
so your mad at us for not running your test for you, do I have that right?

@claymore

Don't know if you care of not but I thought I would let you know that your miner works with intel iGPU's as well they must meet Intel's Opencl reqirements.
I tried it on an Intel compute stick which has a z3735f chip and a Pentium G3258.

amazing that an Intel stick could mine - may I ask how many hash do you get from the compute stick?

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

System is unstable for some reason, GPU #1 fails. Check hardware.

It's probably memory timings.  I have a couple of HD 7870 XT's that I can't OC the memory because it lowers my hashrate.  your best bet will most likely be to undervolt that card.  As cryptonote is like dagger-hashimoto.

.
RADEON RX 470 4GB connected via "Razer Core" eGPU (USB3.1c/Thunderbolt3/40Gbps) produces 550 h/s.

Is there anything I can do, other than OC, to increase h/s in Windows?  Since I value power efficiency, I use -a 2 and No-OC; however, even though I tested several -a # settings, they all produce 550 h/s.  I am using the latest Catalyst beta drivers.  I assume cryptocurrency mining consumes little bandwidth or memory?  So, PCIe splitters and low-memory GPUs should be cost-effective and have little effect on h/s?  Finally, just as a brand/miner comparison, I swapped in a GTX 1080 FE to test with ccminer and it only produced 350 h/s.

Claymore could you make something like "GPU-reordering" command, so that the GPU number in miner and in GPU-Z are synchronized? Both for ETH and XMR miner.

Use "-di" option for that, see readme for Dual miner for detailed explanations.

Can you share details on which pool you are mining ? It would make it easire to assist that way. Or you could switch to more "simple" pool like moneropool.com and
use -u yourXMRwallet -p x

Im having the same issue

its krb.suprnova.cc
Its standard the standard cryptonote algo but cant get it to mine this specific currency either by using the wallet address and a 'simpler' pool, or by username password at suprnova. Any help would be appreciated.

i registered there and tried it out. it seams that the miner rejects anything that isnt "valid" address of supported coins. The only logical thing would be to register account using supported
coin address as a name, but they dont allow such long usernames on your pool.. I'll try to find a workaround for this , but the best option would be to ask op to add support for it. Some1 correct me if im wrong.

cheers

press "m" key while mining, select card (0,1..etc) and use "+" and "-" to change -h "on the fly"   - thats the fastest way to determine what -h value is best for individual
cases, because you can see it reflecting on your mining speed in real time.

I would like a flag to by-pass the address check.   for instance if you want to mine thru mining rig rentals, user has to be the rig name. here is the result of an MRR call:

Hello,
Will there be a solo version of mining CryptoNote GPU Miner?
I know that it works with a pool-software. I would like e.g. node-crypto note-pool install, but this is too complicated.
