MSI RX580 gaming 8GB Hashrate : 710-740 Core : 1250/1050 Memory : 2000/1000 Drivers : Blockchain beta Power : ~100W
Is there any way to get higher hashrate? how about using other miner? which one would you suggest? And why would I getting lower hashrate when -h is higher than default?
You should be getting at least 830 H/s @ 90W on that card. I'll make you a bios if you want, just PST.

is it just me?... but since this cryptonight surge on nicehash, claymore's cryptonight 10.2 is not making a connection to nicehash.... at least for me. All other algorythms appear to be working fine.
The nicehash connection is scetchy as fuck, what coin are they mining? I prefer not to use them but I can't figure out where they're sending my hashing power to. read my thread

Can anyone help me to set sample usage parameter for nicehash pool?
Just now using POOL: stratum+ssl://cryptonight.eu.nicehash.com:33355, WALLET: YOURWALLET.YOURWORKER, PSW: x, ALLPOOLS: 0 I added it the first line of epool.txt No pool parameters at start.bat ! Set your own YOURWALLET value and YOURWORKER value correctly!!!

Hello,
I am having an issue with my claymore cryptonote miner constantly restarting every hour or two, usually with watchdog timeouts. I am running it on SMOS. I've had no issue running the claymore miner for Eth, system is usually stable for days on end. For mining ETH, I usually connect to a pool but for Cryptonight, I am trying out NiceHash.
My rigs use RX580 8G. 1150/2100/1000mV/PowerStage 4 - initially I had the voltage at 950mV and powerstage 3 as these settings have been solid for mining ETH.
My claymore initializing settings are: -wd 1 -r 0 -xpool stratum+ssl://cryptonight.usa.nicehash.com:33355 -xwal yourWallet.yourRigName -xpsw x -allpools 1
Does anyone else run into a similar issue with stability?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Holy crap nicehash pays out bags of cash, but you gotta work with the sketchiest connection ever. Your hashing power will be tossed about the world every few minuets to places like Ubekistan where you connect to a 90's Nokia cellphone running ubuntu taped to the inside of light standard with Starbucks public Wifi connection over tor piggybacked on I2P. I think it's run secretly by a bank where its illegal for financial institution to invest in crypto (**cough**china*couch**cough**), how else do you explain the fucking two week waiting period for direct BTC deposits?? Only a bank would do that! You can try an separate instance of the miner for every card or small groups of cards, it might help. edit: OK I read the FAQ and set up wallet, we wouldn't want Google to miss out on any important data. They claim they'll send some coin in 24 hours... I guess I'm quick to jump to conspiracy theories theses days, you know with the JFK files and all. In any case I both love nicehash and hate them at the same time; I've mastered doublthink.

Oh that would probably explain why their "accepted" speed keeps changing so much. Didn't realize that they would be switch your connection to somewhere else. I thought the jobs would be coming from the server you're connected to, instead of them connecting you to the client directly that's asking for the hash power.
When you say to do separate instances, do you mean physically disconnecting each one and testing it that way?

I have an unmodded 480RX 8 GB and restarted mining after a few months of pause. Only v9.6 works for me on miningpoolhub with -nofee 1. Too bad, that the CPU miner hasn't been updatet yet. Only option is - nofee 1.

Due to old hardware HD6990 I am still using 9.7 version. -r120 for regular restart, -allpools 0 - no problem running on eu.nicehash that is close to me. Have you run ping-tests for Nicehash servers? I have similar problem when I got bad ping to other pool. PS I am using nanopool as failover, and get 30 minutes of failover operation every 12 hours.
