1050 hash/s with 4x 280x
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Ok je la refais,
anyone can point me to a pool with a really decent hashrate? at least 30% of all network...

Monero: the first crytocurrency to bring bank secrecy and net neutrality to the blockchain.HyperStake: pushing the limits of staking.

Any decent Exchange to BTC?

whats the 1x280x/day from this mro mining? can anyone tell?

Use whatmine.com to calculate CryptoNote coins.

hd radeon 6970 -> 210 H/s
1050 hash/s with 4x 280x
lol! This is worse than cpu mining Smiley

Definitely at this early stage of release. It would need to be 3x or more of hash rate to be considered efficient enough.

Strange. It works for me with simpleminer. Did you try to connect on any port besides 1111? Because if you try to connect to a stratum port with the HTTP protocol your IP is banned for up to 1 hour.

Getting 890 H/s with 3x280x.

Having some problems with another rig though (5x 280x).

the miner tells me setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 is not set although it most certainly is.

The performance shows as I get only some 550 H/s out of 5 GPUs.

What am I missing?

PS: I don't pay for electricity and the CPUs in my mining rigs are crap so for me this is a welcome possibility to mine MRO...uh wait, XRM Wink

Where do you set "GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT"?

Is this in the miner? the GPU settings? Windows settings?

Is this in the miner? the GPU settings? Windows settings?

Make a batch file with the following content and run it from the folder where you unzipped the miner:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
NsGpuCNMiner.exe -o mine.moneropool.org:1111 -u 47..... -p x

Does it tell you the pool hashrate? or does it say "Not found" for your address?

If it is the former can you see stats on this page? http://mine.moneropool.org:8117/stats

If you can't see that page it may be that you have port 8117 blocked or your IP is still somehow banned.
