So I've been lurking around the SilKCoin thread recently then they dropped this announcement :

 ⚠  ⚠   Wallet Update  ⚠  ⚠

So now let's see this new version, better than words :

I've downloaded this and installed it works like a charm. It is without a doubt the sexiest wallet I've seen ever. I'll post more images here as I upload them

A good looking scam brought to you by the producers of quality coins Edgecoin and Numus. The guy needs to change his style if he wants to scam people.

I don't really know Silkcoin, but wallet's definitely looking neat and clean! Running fine on both Mac OS X 10.9.3 and 10.10 Yosemite developer preview (the latter below):

Ps. Doesn't run on old Mac OS X 10.6.8 (no universal build).

Doesn't run on anything, its not real.

Before reading this thread, the paranoia in me believed there was going to be a download link in here, spreading some malware.
But the wallet sure looks nice, I've seen these preview pictures before, like a week ago or so.
However, is this wallet available, or is it just for testing?

Yea its available I think, this is taken from their announcement in the SC thread. It's a fully working wallet, check the SC thread.

Well if you say so then it must be true.

Wrong, I posted screenshots I took myself and I'm not affiliated with Silkcoin at all. The wallet's fine!

You may send 1 SC to BC6cLG1q8H5QbXzLTPrmaVG68ProXoqf2e if you don't believe and I'll post another screenshot of the transaction.

Yes, as I said it's fully working indeed, not just for testing.

The OP is a cheerleader for various scams, actual scams, not opinion but actual run off with money scams.

Recently the scammers with almost the same graphic design have run off with people's money, this includes sharecoin who even had a functioning exchange. It's not hard to make a NXT clone mock up wallet.

I'm assuming you are also legit and not just the OP with another sockpuppet. But do research a bit yourself this guy has been pushing well known scams for a while.

Read before you post ? Or atleast read the subforum name ?

This is not an alternative bitcoin wallet. This is a wallet for an altcoin (which is most likely a scam coin).

I'm pretty sure quite a few people would use this if this was an alternative bitcoin client , but currently , this is only for some pump'n'dump coin.

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

Stop the paranoia.

I have at least 20 Alt wallets installed on a dedicated PC (but not BTC)...
And have never lost coins... or had a conflict between wallets.

As for the SC wallet...
The standard for mass adoption is iPhone, etc and the modern web...
Normal people are not going to "mass adopt" something that looks vintage 1998.
