I consider it to be having a decent name, solid development plan as well as long term support... for starters.

It's easy to say long-term support now.
But down the road when this project isn't making you a penny and you got bills to pay, a boss riding your ass, its easy to let past commitments fall to the wasteside.

I don't see any innovation in this coin.
