What if we only know the physical address?

Can you find the name through that, on where the service provider is located.

I went through identity theft, and got a huge edison bill.  I just want to find the person at that address...

I can try, but the chances are it will show up as you if they were using your identity.

Is it legal to request e from the land lord of their leaser info name? for a police report.

Since its an apartment they pay rent on. And then get their real name down.

Oh yea if I was you, I would go to the police with the bill. Tell them you never lived there and have been part of identity theft. Police will prob go to the door knock on it and ask them if they are "insert your name" or if you are there. When they can not comply or explain they will be arrested for identity theft and possible wire fraud.

I would do a credit check on yourself ASAP to open a Utility they have your SS#. That means they can open Credit cards, loans and other type of things all online.
