We bring three revolutionary financial developments together: Equity crowdfunding, crowdfunding's secondary market, and crypto-currencies.

1. Equity Crowdfunding - Hyperfunding - Crowd Investment

The first of the three revolutionary approaches which our platform will be the first to put together is equity crowdfunding. In the current prevailing crowdfunding platforms including Indiegogo, people fund campaigns either to donate or in return of some bounties. However, with equity crowdfunding, people fund businesses in return of a share in the business. The following video, by one of the leading equity crowdfunding platforms, explains the main idea briefly. This type of crowdfunding is also called hyperfunding or crowd investment.

2. Crowdfunding's Secondary Market

The crowd investments are known for their illiquidity, meaning that you cannot sell your share once you invest. Our platform will provide investors with trading tools, letting the shares of businesses be traded beginning from the crowdfunding's first day. Currently, there is no public second market for crowdfunding, neither is there any for start-up businesses. This improvement will supply a natural investor protection, as well as a second profit source for investors.

3. Crypto-Currencies

The following video will give the basic idea:

Accepting bitcoins will facilitate global investments and help reduce transaction fees. Besides, representing equity shares with coloured coins will decentralise the investment/trade network, allowing investors to transfer their shares without any dependency to a third party.

Additional information on the tenets of coloured coins may be found in the following article: http://bitcoinowl.com/coinprism-first-bitcoin-based-colored-coins-web-wallet-changes-everything

Our team is working hard to provide the technical and legal infrastructure for a crowd investment platform where people can benefit from the earnings of the businesses they fund, with the help of coloured coins representing equity shares.

The World's First Hyperinvestment Platform

We believe that our platform will revolutionise the current practises of doing business, providing a more democratic and decentralised way of funding, investing, trading and entrepreneurship. Such an advance deserves a different name: hyperinvestment.

Seed the world's first hyperinvestment platform - join the revolution!

I thinks GBLSE tried something similar. Here is what the owner Nefario said after it was shut down...

I don't think our project has something to do with that one. Well, you cannot categorise all concepts involving "shares" under the same heading.
