Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I started smoking back in my nightclub days back in the late 90's. Smoking was still legal inside where i lived and smokes were about $5 bucks a pack. It started out where I'd only smoke when I would drink. Then I found myself smoking outside of the bar hours, one night I was out on my buddies deck freezing my ass of to smoke and gave it up.
Still smoked on and off for a few years though.
Not sure why people even bother to start now. It's over $10 bucks a pack where I live. You can't smoke it in pubs, restaurants, public buildings, etc.
I do however smoke weed from time to time. Usually on weekends when I'm having a few drinks.

chemicals are not for me Both tobacco and weed are natural herbal products, much better than all those synthetic factory-made products out there. If you hate chemicals, then you should stay away from meth and LSD.  |

It's good to keep in mind, though, that there is a big difference between clean-cut, additive free tobacco and a Marlboro Red. I think a lot of people think they are the same. The stuff they put in there is not natural.  |

True. It's good to keep in mind, though, that there is a big difference between clean-cut, additive free tobacco and a Marlboro Red. I think a lot of people think they are the same. The stuff they put in there is not natural. Exactly. Marlboro contains a lot of chemical additives. Many of these chemicals are carcinogens. That is why Marlboro smokers suffer from higher prevalence of lung cancer, when compared to people who smoke natural tobacco.  |

Smoked a couple of packs a day for about 15 years. Been vaping now for about 4 years. I breath better, my blood work is off the charts good and my car no longer smells like ass.

I smoke around a pack of 20s in two days. Use to smoke a packet a day of the red Marlboro. Worse habit ever.

It's weird how you never notice it at the time, but now the smell is brutal. I'm super sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke now. When I sit near someone now, the smell just turns my stomach. Back in the day, I never noticed how foul the smell was. |

I've never smoked a cigarette in my life, or anything containing tobacco including cigars. I used to smoke marijuana, though.
