None of them look like 'the best opportunities' to me. The people who are running these things just hype with speculation and want other people to pile their money into them so they can take a cut. I'd look at investing in companies that provide a service or infrastructure around Bitcoin such as payment processors etc instead.

The biggest issues of this investment opportunities is to deal with is fraud and risk and trying to balance that with controlled growth.
