hi..i try to mine this coin..i use bittrex wallet..my propram run but it not in pool..something wrong?i have to install an use my own wallet in my laptop??
yes you're wrong.
you can't mine directly to an exchange wallet.
because you need to include a payment_id to your deposit and the pool software don't include it. an other solution is to use an integrated address but exchange don't recognize it.
so, for now, you can only mine in your personnal wallet (without paiment_id) then deposit your coins to an exchange(with paiment_id).

when mining on a pool, you must see your shares (paste your address into "Your Stats & Payment History"). If not, you will not be paid.

No it isn't "the next Monero". It is a separate coin with some common features and history. But please evaluate it on its own merits and decide whether you like it or not. Either is perfectly okay.

I seem to have issues mining with the opencl wolf miner. I have mined on ARUX's pool for months with no issues and i had switched to mining some expanse for awhile. I went back to mining Aeon a few days ago and every time i end up getting booted for low difficulty shares. This happens on Arux's and Aides pool. I didnt change my settings from before. I used to mine with a set difficulty so i removed that, and then i also tried increasing it to 150,000 plus with no change. Whats wrong? The only thing that is different now is that i have 8 more cards im mining with with 4 per rig. Can someone please help?

Same, wolf miner will time out or something after a little while and never starts mining again, but ccminer fork works fine ad infinitum (on arux's pool), whereas a few weeks ago both worked fine.

@serpintine101, @jwinterm : give a try to Cryptophilanthropist's pool. http://98.238.231.31:9000/
on linux, verify if you compiled the right branch of my repo (substantial_performance_increase)
Code:
https://github.com/Arux-BTT/wolf-aeon-miner.git
git checkout substantial_performance_increase
make

no time now (time to go working) i'll check the pool's logs this evening.

Hey smooth,

as far as I know Arux's pool is now reachable at http://54.153.36.187:8080/
You might want to update it in the OP  Wink

16.8.3 AMD Driver is not the problem. I tested it successfully on win10, hd7950 (tahiti) and aeon_gpu_miner_1f45234.zip

i don't known is r9 470 and 480 (Polaris10/Ellesmere) are compatible. if someone was able to mine with a polaris card, please let us know.
aeon_gpu_miner_1f45234 was compiled against AMD APP SDK 3.0 and it's the latest version available.

@qwep1: error -63, try to decrease rawintensity in aeon.conf
not sure but i seem to recall that rawintensity must be a multiple of worksize.
e.g. on a tahiti gpu i use
Code:
"rawintensity": 1424,
"worksize": 16

Does anyone know something about the current status of the website?
All there's left is a proper domain, right? Since Sammy already did a great job designing it.

Once we have a proper domain we could start reaching out to other exchanges or wallet providers, as well as planning other PR initiatives.
