My web hosting service thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=617213.0) is being moved from Services to Service Announcements without giving any message to me !!! Though I can see the following web hosting threads are allowed to stay in Services section, e.g.

1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=620261.0

2. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=431013.0

3. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=506808.0

4. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=498926.0

May I know the reason of this discrepancy ?

I am not sure but I think, Services forum is for individuals who want to provide services on forum  or for those who are looking for some services like "Language translation".

Service Announcement is for companies/websites.

May I know the reason of this discrepancy ?

Because nobody reported them/we didn't see it. Now you have, and they got moved. See how easy it is?

Services is intended for services/trades that take place here. If you're a business and have your own website your thread goes in service announcements. Service discussion is for discussion of either type of service.

I reported the following 3 a few days ago...

I thought they are in queue to be moderated. Now as they are moved, why my accuracy has not gone up ?

Because I haven't gone through the reports yet, I deal with pm's and other issues first.  Moving a thread doesn't automatically handle a report, I will mark it as handled when I get to it.

Edit: That's odd, they were marked as handled already. Someone did it by mistake probably.

I think I moved those topics and handled your reports yesterday or the day before yesterday, so you accuracy should have gone up. You probably checked it not long after I handled it (that's when it's should have gone up), and checked it now again, so maybe this is why you think it hasn't gone up.

No, I just checked it again. It is still stuck at 98%. But probably I have been able to decipher the reason. I am just seeing the modulus of a decimal value. From 97.6% to 98.5% it will always show me 98%. That is why, though u gave me the accuracy, it did not reflect on my %.

Only specific mods can moderate some threads. Just wait a bit: global mods usually get tons of reports that need to be handled.
