I tried BetMoose out during its late testing phase and I was very impressed with not just the look and feel of the website, but the overall experience from playing. Okay I didn't win my bet, but it's a great idea as there is no house edge, it is purely in the wording of the hosted bet.

Lastly, I disagree with rating sites based on their length of existence. Case and point: Mt.Gox. It's about how well the site is run and their model, not how long it's been around. If anything, the larger books have more risk of losing/running with coin as they have more incentive to as someone said.
