Looking for a forum member who could possibly act as escrow for an IPO we are doing. The role would essentially be holding funds until they need to be spent. These costs would have to be justified to yourself prior to doing so. For the security of shareholders.
Do not apply unless you have considerable rep either here or on OTC.

I could act as escrow for your IPO if you'd like.
The fee would be 1%

That is just the default trust list. There are quite a number of trustworthy escrow service providers not on that list, such as Gweedo, squall1066 and CanaryInTheMine.

And don't just blindly trust someone because they're on it. I think some pretty big scammers have been on there at one point or another.

I am currently one of the only active escrows. I charge a 1% fee, which is easily negotiable. I have done more trades than most escrows, you can view my trust page here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=133846Looking forward to your reply! Cheers

For a large scale IPO you might consider using several different escrows. The trust system is easily abused..

Ok just cause this person puts IPO on escrow dont mean he wont run off or use it when it needs to be used. Dont make sense, unless the escrower will pay for it them self without it going to the founder
