the good news is when this iconicdude leaves.. the price rises, i remember when iconic left cloakcoin at 35k the coin was added to mintpal and went almost to 100k

You're right, but not from 30k to 9k . It's massive dump, because ppl have already made money on it. IE did his job. 40k was its peak. Do you believe it may go 400% now, becuase of TOR and anon(which is actually not anon)? PPL who bought this coin @ 30k must believe there will be miracle.
