Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a transaction fee.

I mistakenly registered by account as a job poster(I didn't see the radio buttons) and now it won't let me use my email address when I try to sign up as a job poster. Is there a way to switch an account?

Please send me a direct message with your username and I will be happy to adjust the account type to "Job Seeker" for you.

First of all, congrats for the initiative and the site looks quite nice.
However, I registered an account and created my resume. Clicked Save but it didn't save anything...

Blast! This is a known issue on some setups; we're actively trying to identify the cause and get it fixed. However, in the meantime, please send an email with your username and resume details (including any images or .pdf files you'd like to include) to contact@coinality.com and we'll post it on your behalf. Please note: this will require us to reset your password and assign a temporary password for your account, which will provide to you. Also, please be sure to include your bitcoin address in the email  Wink

Apologies for the inconvenience!
