improved ignore on watch lists and updated topics

When there are new posts in a watched/subscribed thread, if all of the new posts are from users that are on your ignore list, that topic should not show up on the list as having been updated.

I routinely ignore posters with paid advertising in their sigs. You should too.

True, we also need a auto-updating screen with watch-list and/or bookmark treads.

Who knows, they have a lot to implement.
