Ok so I have been noticing more and more everyday that this forum is full of about 40% scam artists. Every time I go to show unread posts I am always seeing people that have been taken advantage of or people trying everything in there power to scam a buck.

I see people day in and day out the same people ripping members off for there money and yet all the have is some -rep on there account. Are scammers welcome here?

Also watch out this guy is sending people a file asking people to extract photos off a screen saver for him and it is a wallet scraper https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=195108

40% is much better than it was several months ago.
Start a scammer thread about the guy, include proof.
When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

We don't moderate scammers anymore, because there are now much better services out there that can deal with these issue more legally than we can.

You can avoid most of the scammers with due diligence. If you have questions about anyone you are thinking of doing business with ask in the forums.
