How did you pay for the coins? If you used a credit card or PayPal you should easily be able to issue a charegeback.

can't believe silly me got scammed by coingoo as well Cry. Thought Paypal would protect me, but should've know better. They closed my claim saying that they cannot track virtual goods  Roll Eyes. Well, if they think they cannot use the blockchain explorer then why do they permit a non-verified account from China to sell cryptocurrencies in the first place. Paypal has enabled these scammers to run their nice business. And now they protect them. If Paypal let's them take out the money then they are accomplice to coingoo's scam. Issued a Amex charge back now. Hope that will work. Keep far away from coingoo.

Well someone had to do it to confirm it was spam. Nothing surprises me about PayPal. They banned my account and blocked my funds for selling physical bitcoins I make because they considered me as high risk. I had never even had a dispute apart from so wine doing a charge back on me after they received a coin. However they let these guys do what ever they want taking people's money. I know it's not a lot but if you send me your nxt account by pm I will send you 100 coins to make up a little for the loss if you don't get any luck with PayPal that is first.

Is paypal really enabling these scammers ?  That doesn't sound possible unless somehow Paypal itself can't get their money back anymore.

So basically paypal protects scammers

If you sell bitcoins legitemately and a scammer asks for a chargeback => the scammer goes away with the money
If you sell bitcoins scamming, and the legitimate buyer asks for the chargeback => still the scammer goes away with the money

 Huh Huh Huh

In my opinion they try their best to protect scammers in bitcoin transactions because in this way "nobody will trust bitcoins"
I hope they will go bankrupt one day....
