OK, I got it all together and hashing away.

(if pics don't show properly they are here:)

http://e30.us/4sale/4u8s1

Dropped temps by 10 degrees C on overclocked S1s.

This is a prototype, so there are some holes missing, cables aren't tied up etc.

Don't judge:)

According to Antminer S3 dimensions this will work with S3 as well.

I will be starting for sale thread shortly.

I can make any configuration, i.e. 120 fans in rear, 80mm fans near blades, non rack box for blades only without PSU etc.

Shoot me a message or post here with any questions.

... so pretty! Now the question is when will Bitmain Tech be sending you a proper thank you in the form of BM1382 hash panels to test if the S3 format works (It totally should)

Nice! The front plate looks pretty thin, will it carry the full weight of a loaded case?

This is a prototype, so the answer is no.

It's only 0.794 mm thick.

I'd beef it up or use a fixed shelf rails.

This is an amazing design, thanks for sharing.  How loud is the bank of Deltas?

How loud is the bank of Deltas?

They sound like a jet getting ready to take off:)

They are UHE spec, about 102 CFM at 7500 rpm, 62 dBa

I figured they would, but this setup is perfect for the DC environment, either way.  I'll hit you up later today when I get a bit more time.

looks nice, two suggestions:

1) KISS. Make the front and rear identical, similar to this image. might not rack as nicely without bottom/top/sides, but allows clean 3-wide builds
2) Re-design it so that 3*120mm fans cool 8-10 blades packed more densely. This would be terrific for those underclocking to 150GH/210W.

Here's the implementation of the above for the S3.

Also can be for S1.

I have to say that you've done an amazing job! If I didn't already have my S1's "mounted" in a 4U case I would be all over this. Sure beats a makeshift setup and a ton of zip ties that's for sure.
