It means I'm not the one doing the refunds. I'm just adding people to the list and the one that has access to the funds is performing them.
Given that that person is a core dev and has a lot to develop it may take some time

We haven't launched yet so you can't claim your stake yet.

Very well i will take this to the board but I can tell you that the decision will not be any different.
Taking you back would create a precedent and everyone that was removed would request to be taken back so for that reason alone there is no way in hell that is going to happen. I will ask all of them to post their opinion here.

No stakes have been claimed yet so there can't be any unclaimed stakes yet. Whatever you have read it was either speculation about the future or utter bullshit.

Like I said I'm sorry but you'll have to acceppt the refund.
