Someone shared house companies registered site's link there startcoin holdings limited is active. This fact is well known from the start but teh real problem isn't the status of company but is the adoption where it failed badly. There was huge hype at some stage but in spite of big names involvement public refused this project in early stages and then exchanges followed the public stance as well.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

All twitter and reddit accounts are most likely fake and just an attempt to initiate a pump, wouldn't follow anyone on twitter who shills this

This fact is well known from the start but teh real problem isn't the status of company but is the adoption where it failed badly. There was huge hype at some stage but in spite of big names involvement public refused this project in early stages and then exchanges followed the public stance as well.

The adoption did not fail , how do you know the project was refused , did you conduct a survey ? This was not really a bad project to the point to be rejected but there is almost nothing moving around this coin . In crisis the volume dropped and many coins were delisted from big exchanges as they were no longer  profitable for them which mark the end for many project.

I was one of the believers in start but I start to loose confidence in it. The point is that the marke need to be fed by news , announcements , breakthrough , partnerships etc... Here we have one stupid update since March 2017 that didn't move since and there is couple of other accounts claiming the access to the old tweet was lost which I don't understand how is it possible . Below what's left of the coin

STARTCOIN HOLDINGS LIMITED
Company number 08624882

23 Mar 2018   Termination of appointment of Karl Matthew Gray as a director on 7 December 2017
HERBERT, Stacy Elizabeth and RODDISON, John , Mr Timothy Maxwell Keiser ACTIVE seems to be the only directors active , all the rest resigned but even after that Start is still stronger than many project below 10mln cap

My point is that we and everyone else involved are loosing out in huge opportunities in stagnating this way the business activity of Startcoin and the dev of the coin . This is like to walk on a gold field and refuse to mine it to get the gold. I can't find the right way to describe this waist of opportunity . My only advise to the team out there is Act now or Cry later . Being delisted from an exchange does not means they have to give up. I always see as leader by example the Safex project. Coin that got delisted from everywhere but now is well active and growing . The project can well succeed but ACTION IS NEEDED !!!

They already been de-listed on bittrex and the volume is below 5k on cryptopia....explorer seems to not be working either.....i don't understand who is keeping the coin running, sure there is a registered company but there is little to no evidence of development or correspondence from the company...and you are right how the hell do they lose access to their social media accounts? why not just make new ones?

Lastly I think the nail in the coffin is that there has not been a commit to their project on github since 2015....I think thats the most showing sign that the project is dead or in a coma, startjoin failed.

I can understand the buying and selling to-and-fro. Even short-term speculators have got to make a buck.

Personally, I'm not interested what the price is in the next few hours, days, or even weeks. I'm thinking of where it will be more in terms of months.

Haha, yeh! I just cannot stand that Max Keiser. I just argued about a few things about MaxCoin and he blocked me from Twitter instantly. He only wants that nice good feedback... so yes, stay away from him and his coins...

Thanks jboyce, I had no idea there was risk involved. I just figgered the price would go all BitCoin and I'd be a Billionaire in no time.

Hi Startcoiners, I'm new here, and I would like to know where can I find detailed information about obtaining funding for projects through START? Very interesting. Thank you in advance!

Startcoin is now really one example of a failed coin. Here we know that a project can not succeed only with advertising alone. All projects must be followed with investors who are enthusiastic to invest. We need to remember do not easily believe in price promises

LOL, and he has the gall to tweet about crypto and bitcoin. What a douche, him and Bryce Weiner. It amazes me this thread is still alive though. No community takeover? Usually that's the next step in this situation.  Tongue
