Just wondering has the airdrop already started?
Also, I was unfortunately not very active on startjoin over the past few weeks. I think the site is great, just couldn't find the time.
My understanding is that the airdrop will only target active users. Can you confirm this please? Thanks!

The airdrop is coming soon and will target all users. StartJOIN rewards active users with START each week too, so the more active you are, the more coins you're likely to get.

Awesome! I just logged into my account and I've received my coins  Smiley
Thanks a lot!
I think the idea behind StartJOIN is really cool. I have a suggestion but I don't know if it's something that could easily be implemented. I think a lot of people out there have some pretty amazing ideas that could potentially be game-changing however not all thinkers have the skills to see a project through. It would be really great if you could somehow link thinkers to doers.
Like if you have a section where people can post interesting ideas/concepts and if someone with the required skills is interested, the 2 parties could team up and apply for crowd funding to start the project. I think this could help get a lot more people involved  Smiley

Its great to hear you're getting on well with StartJOIN. Thanks for your feedback and idea, we'll consider it

I tried withdrawing my StartCOINs from StartJOIN to my wallet but it tells me I don't have enough coins to withdraw.  My balance is 103 START; tried withdrawing and it tells me I have only 3 START available to withdraw!
 Huh

I meant the pool's block history.

What is also strange is how none of the block explorer's timestamps matches what my client is reporting.

Will trade new StartCoin for OLD StartCoin at 10% premium for at least the next 7 days. Example: send me 100 old StartCoin and I'll send you 110 new StartCoin. Try small amounts first, or maybe always, because I can't be sure about the state of the old blockchain.

PM me with NEW StartCoin address and send old coins to:
OLD StartCoin address: sbKxwikSiioDzunxvBbq3Jbb8AoxtKhUzs

BURST: http://burstcoin.info/ Mining for everyone, ASIC resistant, wide fair distribution, many features, greener POW, Smart Contracts (Automatic Transactions)

The transition period for converting your old coins will end in 3 days on Thursday 21st August 2014. Please ensure you have converted your remaining legacy StartCOIN by this time as you will not be able to from this date.

I guess ole Max has decided with the plummeting bitcoin prices that the only way for him to remain a 'bitcoin millionaire' is to launch a series of pump and dump coins/services.  Real shame.  I noticed in his latest infowars interview that he didn't even mention his other failure namesake coin.  Things that make you say hmmmm.

START1 has still got a working exchange on MCXNow

so i'm now gauging mood for a community takeover of START1.

the first step would be to crowd fund on StartJoin for a minimum of $5k to create a working pool for necessary updates. a new wallet, website, and general promotion.

at some point it will be useful to get MCXNow to update to a new code base blocking StartJoin addresses. so also pay Dev to code that in.

any other ideas ?

Long live START 1.

After I am done with you, you will be banned from ever being on the internet again or even owning a PC

I made too much off of START and MAX to not want in on this. I am willing to back this with 100 BTC.

Love the fact that this coin is paying interest on all deposits with StartJOIN now. Blog on this from Simon Dixon

http://www.simondixon.org/crypto-currency-that-pays-interest-in-your-deposits/2014/09/06/

A real interesting concept.

I believe you can still sell Startcoin 1 on MCXNOW where they are still trading, but there was a deadline for converting to StartCOIN 2. Hope that helps.

What a great way to screw people, launch coin1 make them buy it with false announcement then switch to coin2 and left those who don't follow sitting on a worthless investment.
Why they hell did they do that? What are the differences between startcoin1 and startcoin2 Huh??

Karl Gray and Max Keiser shame on you scammers!
