Risky investment!
You could easily redirect the existing traffic to one of your other websites.
The numbers could be faked or inflated.
You could recover the account through social engineering.
Eh come on if you talk like that nobody will sell websites in this years.
So all escrow from the world are made for nothing...
The website is with revenue share,i make money from revenue share and new clients if you know what this is.
Also is an white label website.
What is revenue share ? When a member pay again and again and again i got 15% - 25% from it.
And i dont understand what is risky because an website that make around $500/month worth much more that this,i dont want to loose it.
Is risky for me too because once the website is in the name of investor,he can stop it and never back it to me and in time of an year when he keep it i will continue to receive money from the website.
I try for a loan because i am involved in other projects and i try to invest in other website of my network.
So is not my intention to anything wrong.
