treat me like a 5 year old guide for installing Electrum on Tails needed.

Does anyone have an overly simplified guide on how to get the Electrum plugin installed on Tails with persistance enabled? Or does anyone have the time to explain this to me? Im a pretty sharp guy but unless programming is your career of choice then this seems untouchable to the majority of people out there.

Heres some stuff that may be some help:
1) would prefer to install the plugin from Tails running through Tor, Not i2p.
2) would like to have the information stored in the persistance folder so i dont have to do it everytime i load up tails
3) If there is any other requirements like python or what ever then i need to know how to get that working too. My understanding is Tails has python preinstalled.

Again, the step by step 5 year old version is what im looking for here.
