If you can't send WVS from wallet to exchange try send them in small portion 10-15 WVS this way is working.

Dev is dead he was just on yesterday saying he was working on it, hopefully he is... I don't expect hourly updates (threads are time consuming and tech dev is more important) but when there issues hopefully we get more than once a day  fingers crossed he's just not updating until it's fixed right... but I hope he'd ask for help if he needs it or is stuck on something |

so it's a clone of something... they all are in some way shape or form, that doesn't say scam to me... what starts making it look like a scammer dev to me is when the first issue pops up and the dev isn't heard from for well over 12 hours.
at least ninjacoin dev has been trying to fix his coin
