Although selling under 0.00005 is losing money we'd need to sell some at this price in order to distribute the coin. Espesially investors with 2%.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Oh and we are so pumped that finally have a team go with a lighter elliptic curve algorithm!! To my knowledge you guys are the first to build ground up and change the elliptic curve since the original Bitcoin code. Some one far more researched then me could prove me wrong, and we are not talking changing the hash algo here (x11, x15 or NIST5 are all just hash algo) we are talking the elliptic curve algo... Just brilliant cant wait to dive into the code once it's posted!!!

Really? Could you explain more about the elliptic curve algorithm used in Bitcoin, bit of a noob at this kind of stuff  Tongue

Sure but I wont full this thread full of txt so I will link you a little to get you started..

Bitcoin

here youtube (part 4.. sure you can find part 1 and watch it all)

here is the curve Bitcoin uses

Here is the one for Crypti

Thanks, however we know that at least another one (Qora) has also picked up Ed25519, probably for same reasons as we did - being secure, lightweight and fast on the modern desktops.

I think this  formula is wrong,e.g.    F( Fraction of the buyer stake in total Crypti distributed) = B * (1+ (30 - D) / 100 ) / TB,If  only one person join this ipo and he sent  100 BTCs on first day of ipo,if the formula is correct,he will receive 1.3*85000000,that is 110.5million crypti! but it is possible??

Quote
Crypti allocation formula
TB = Total amount of BTC collected via Bter and Maxmint plus bonus credits

For your case TB is 130 BTC.

Yes ,I see.

thanks

This will also be good for ARM as well right?

Also the ~750 BTC feels strange. Why not exactly 750 BTC? Because they will actually sell more than that, now that they see there is huge interest? And if they do, this will dilute the share of the current investors, who are thinking they are getting 1/750 of the available Crypti by investing 1 BTC, while in reality they may get only 1/1000 or something. This would be misleading investor very badly, so I hope I am wrong here.

The maximum cap is 750 BTC with Bter and Maxmint combined, this means once we reach the cap, anything raised above will be returned to buyers.

We will use both Bter buy times and blockchain transaction times, to ensure the cap correctly applied to these both channels.

Yes, we are actually talking with a mesh node project about running Crypti nodes on top of their devices (thanks to Node.JS being lightweight enough to run on ARM - for example http://joshondesign.com/2013/10/23/noderpi)

If I knew you could just sell your stake I would have gotten in in at the very first day at 30% and waited to see how things progressed.  Undecided

I truly hope they don't allow for stake trading!

The total amount of Crypti in existence will be 100 Million and 85% will be distributed to shareholders so where from 30% bonus comes from? It can only come from 15% coins
reserved for initial investor and developers. If not, buying on the last day when bonus will be 0% would mean not actualy getting (coins + 0% bonus) but (coins - 30% bonus).

Can someone from developers clarify the matter?

We will apply the bonus to your amount, before calculating the amount of resulting Crypti. So if you bought say for 1 BTC today, it will be actually counted as 1.25 BTC (due to the 25% bonus today).

As we konw ,there are other channel to raise btc except BTER.COM.so,my question is that bter.com set its max amount as 750 btc, that is to say ,bter.com can raise 750 btc.if my conclusion is right, add the amount via other channel raised, the total amount will be over 750?

The cap is 750. They can add the numbers each night and tell the two escrows when the limit is met, and based on time stamps who to refund if over the cap.

As we confirmed several times, the trading will be possible only on the actual Crypti distributed to buyers (not on the CRSALE purchase tokens).

o_O Someone can give some potential arguments ?

Because you are NOT buying 1 Crypti for 1 BTC.

It's really simple math that was already explained.

The bonus will be added to your BTC amount before the shares are calculated.

IPO will not last 30 days so there will be no 30%bonus, if ipo end in 7 days there will be 7 % bonus

I'm 99% sure that's not correct.

Considering length of the IPO there won't be 25-30% bonuses, but 0-5%. In order to get 30% bonus IPO should last 30 days with 0% for the 30th day. But it lasted just 5 days. I expect the cap is reached today.

OK you mean they changed the value's of "0" and "7" ? Sounds like alot of work.

That actually sounds pretty scary consider they cannot get the distribution equation correct. Smiley

You are welcome to read this presentation about Ed25519 advantages over older implementations:
http://cryptojedi.org/peter/data/nancy-20120320.pdf
http://ed25519.cr.yp.to/

The distribution formula was posted also so the community could review it (and it helped already to catch one mistake).
If you have any additional suggestions regarding the formula, we will be happy to hear them.
