We removed ledger before bter will provide API. Wait for new version with bter. Yes, this was mentioned a few pages back. But not everyone can read every post. You guys need to learn basic communication skills. It's the same thing with every failed coin, no communication or bad communication when it could have been easily averted. Just put up a page stating that site will be back as soon as BTER API is functioning. This shit is not that hard boys. I see you added the FAQ as I suggested. Very good.

I am not sure if they are trying to exaggerate the sell volume to incite panic, if they are trying to stir confidence in order to get people to sell, or what exactly is happening. I have a request in with the members of our team who have direct contact with BTER to see if we can inquire about the activity, find out if they know what might be the motivation, and see if we can block the IP for suspicious trading behavior if necessary.

It could be an attempt to push the volume higher on BTER to try and push CRSALE past NXT on their volume chart? Maybe someone is trying to artificially incite buying action?
If so, I assure you it isn't us, we are as confused as anyone.

cant see the problem in buying and selling the same stake. Bter has only to increase the own buy and sell orders.

Just for reference so everyone knows where we stand and isn't confused by the numbers now showing due to the weird trading. Here is a rough estimate:
BTER posted 5000 Units for sell orders initially. So current sales are:
5000 - 4524.718 = 475.282 BTC
BTER posted 200 Units for buyback or refund orders initially. So current refunds are:
200 - 105.958 = 94.042 BTC
Maxmint currently shows the following balance on Blockchain.info:
2.9367 BTC
That puts current funds raised at roughly:
475.282 - 94.042 + 2.9367 = 384.1767
Keep in mind a large majority of those refund order and the initially buy-in to the pre-sale from this morning were due to that same person and the unusually trading activity we have already mentioned. Based on my calculations last night (10 hours ago on Twitter), we were at roughly 360 when I logged last night. So we have seen about 24 BTC in new investments since then. That is a good solid pace of investment and that is indicative of the actual interest in Crypti for those following.
I hope that clears up some confusion and gives you an idea of where we stand!

cant see the problem in buying and selling the same stake. Bter has only to increase the own buy and sell orders. It could be an attempt at market manipulation of some sort or misleading attempts to change the market volume and trade activity to spur investors one way or another. There is no valid reason to continue to do it so I just want them to look into it. Better safe than sorry.

Why not keep it at 750 BTC available from the beginning? The actual 750 BTC cap on investments was instituted after the initial listing by BTER in which they set up a 5000 limit so that they wouldn't have to keep adding more CRSALE. Initially we had no cap on investments.
