How is delegate harvesting exactly working, don't getting wiser from the tutorial.

You create another account with 0 funds but with harvesting power of your main account. Your money stays in your main account which you are not using for harvesting anymore(so your private key stays safe). The 0-funds account is harvesting and fees are being sent to your main account each time you harvest a block. The private key of 0-funds account is worthless for other people.

And where can i setup to which account the POI will go?

Yes there is some strange activity with the address NCDLLSCSHLNWGJ35HSPUGT3WQHUFFKEVRA6353QY. It has received hundreds of transactions of 0.000001XEM each, but with a 10XEM fee each time... I also received 1200 XEM for harvesting block #5439 thanks to these transactions.

If you are asking about the "feature" PoI already is implemented and working (but since NEM just started it is not yet very noticable).

If you are asking when the code for PoI will be made open source - that is another issue... You can see there is already a great interest for that...

Polo is using the message to decide to which account the coins belong to as all users are sending the coins to one xem account. When you withdraw, you don't need the message (except you have implemented the same system for some reason - but then you wouldn't need to ask this question )

It's common practice to publish source code for review. Exactly for the reason mentioned in that my post. Noone needs any grounds to assume that software is insecure, all programs working with cryptography and financial stuff are assumed insecure until audit is done.

there have been quite a few blocks like this.  some of them ended up paying high fees.  I doubt it is the devs trying to pass on transaction fees.  If they were doing that they wouldn't intentionally bloat the chain.  with lots of and lots of small transactions.

instead I think it is somebody trying to game PoI.  and they are getting wrecked for it I think and instead are giving way coins to harvesters.

You can backup your wallet manually. Files reside in ncc directory:

• windows: c:\users\<username>\nem\ncc\
• mac/linux: ~/nem/ncc/

There are always two files: wallet file (.wlt) and address book file (.adb)
