True that. This is the real measurement. I think this will depend what comes faster: either the next Bitcoin bullrun or some more big news for NEM e.g. more exchanges adding (Bithumb, Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Bitfinex) or further bigger partnerships. |

well reaching the btc ath is something quite possible. no doubt about that. the project is doing more than great. Thinking in USD rate instead of in BTC is actually not a bad thing. It show how NEM is not a mere alternative coin to BTC. Just like ETH, most people think of them in their rate to USD than to BTC. The one aspect that NEM seems to lack is exposure to publicity. I think I like how the direction and the pace of the progress seems to improve alot. If everything went fine, Q1 2018 will look awesome. |

good times for nem have come but for how long it will be. maybe soon will be winter again on the alts which wouldn't bypass the nem

i'm wondering, it's just that people really realize how great nem is, or there are some other news/reason to explain this rise?
For example i don't think there is anything new about catapult..

Lets be realistic here. NEM circulating supply is very large, like 100 times more than Ethereum. Same price as Ethereum is too large of a goal. Even 1/100 of Ethereum price ($7.65) is quite high too. Possible, but unlikely anytime soon. For myself, I'm satisfied if it got to $1.50 or about 11000 Sats, in February. |

Nem can not cost the same as ethereum because circularing supply of nem more than eth. Also eth is more popular than xem now. More ICO is based on ethereum |

The reason I'm buying the coin, though, because i think it got a good prospect for the next few month. I will reassess within the next few month. If it seems the communication stop or the development halted, I'm out. |
