Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck has suspended all withdrawals as a Ripple payment worth $123mln left its wallet Friday, Jan. 26.
In what appears to be a problem tied to its support of altcoin NEM, Coincheck, which is among Japan’s largest exchanges, suddenly froze NEM deposits Friday.
Makes it sound like NEM code is tied to the hack which will make other exchanges nervous im sure.

Obviously if this is fake then NBD. But if it is somehing to do with NEMs code we are doomed. Any idea how that could work? |

With all those "they're hacked but it's not 100%" I sometimes feel like back in the Middle Age when you could not be absolutely 100% sure what was going in the region next your, just rumours, legends, and scary tales...

NEM has held on to the $0.86 levels for the past few days, but the bulls are unable to push prices above the down trendline.
This is likely to lead to another attempt to break down of $0.86 within a couple of days.
If the bears succeed, a fall to the Jan. 16 lows of $0.55134 is likely. The 20-day EMA has turned down and is likely to complete a bearish crossover if the support breaks.
We don’t find any bullish setups on the XEM/$$$ pair with price trading below the trendline and both the moving averages.
A change in trend will be signaled once it rallies above $1.21.
You never know what the market brings, but in the long run nem never disappoints  I hope NEM will be not disappoint in future. Because of Weiss Ratings, B Grade : ETH and EOS.
