What sort or noise are they trying to make? Pin Drop? This project needs massive PR campaign. Catapult very soon like a year ago lol. Yeah, it needs, if it isn't too late at all. Now we've been kicked out into #24 position on CMC (which is the "lowest record" for the long time, I guess). As I mentioned here some time ago, I'm afraid, that staying out of TOP20 for the longer period is something like "kiss of death". The way back is (will be) very complicated or almost impossible, regardless how great is the tech of the coin (here I'm still believe it's great by NEM, despite all the delayed actions with Catapult and so) and how great is the marketing (here I'm really not sure what should I think) ... Of course now is the situation hard for all the altcoins (and nobody knows, when and if ever the alt-season will begin), but ... |

NEM used to be in top-10 for many years. It is sad that it paid the price for the Coincheck exchange weak security. It started droping from this moment and never recovered.
Actually I was incredibly impressed at how well the price held. I would never have expected such a thinly traded coin to weather 10% of the available supply being dumped but it did. This is the culmination of the total indifference people feel towards NEM. It's never gained a proper toe hold with developers or traders. A bear market just rams that home ever firmer. |

Developers and users will find on Catapult a new way of using blockchain technology with smart contract functionalities. NEM’s Catapult Upgrade The new Catapult upgrade introduced several new features. Two of the most important ones are called Aggregated Transactions and Multi-Level Signature Accounts. It seems NEM developers have been working for a long period of time in order to be able to develop Catapult. With the aforementioned features being released the network becomes a much more relevant player in the industry. Cointelegraph statements have been rebutted more times than when they were proved to be right. Which I dont recall. Looking at their analysis Im starting to have a stroke. Most people holding stake in XEM sold following my advice and never bought back. This coin dumbograph site owned by me now posts article spawned by the employees with empty bags wanting back aboard. |

Well tell that to their readers, they obviously are looked up to by many so this will definitely affect the cryptos they listed. Please read the article before being critical. At least be informed of what you are discussing. The correlation coefficient for XEM's price and volume between April 2015 through the end of 2018 was 97%. This year, the coefficient is conspicuously down to 68%.
I believe the incongruency between these two metrics will resolve to the upside due to broader sentiment returning.

Do you think most people care in the slightest about development? For most it'll be three letters on their Binance account and a sinking number and that's it. We need some signs of overall alt life to gauge what's what. I don't think we're going to get one for a length of time yet. |
