I know this is extremely low amount, and have no idea which is the best way for buying only $10s worth of bitcoin. The reason for buying such a low amount is to be used in a new Miami nightclub to purchase a beer and leave a tip. Haven't done any actual purchases with BTC and would love to actually try this out, with minimal risk that is. I currently buy and Sell all my BTC like stocks, and would like to expand on the possibilities without touching my cold storage(s).

You have enough BTC to need cold storage, but 0 funds in a hot wallet?

Did you think of signing an offline transaction and broadcasting it online?

yes, I have a cold wallet with an exact amount of bitcoin. I could always send the whole wallet to an online wallet then the remaining amount to another wallet and back into a new paper wallet, but would rather avoid the hassle for only $10s worth of BTC and avoid breaking down my current amount. I mostly use bitcoin to buy and sell for a quick profit, and I do not hold them for the long run. I rather leave my current wallet as is for the next increase as these BTC were bought at 480 each and have not increased to the amount I'd like to sell at.
