Hello!
Please have a look at my new game. It's a Bitcoin inspired Action-RPG Game where you can earn REAL bitcoins by doing quests. It's still beta, and I really need some feedback! Does it run smoothly on your PC? It won't take you more than 5 minutes! Help us to make this game the best it can be! Thank you in advance!

http://[Suspicious link removed].com/download/[Suspicious link removed]v.0.94.zip x32/x64 10.434 mb (win XP/Win 7/Win 8/8.1)

all beta testers will get a free registration key for life

Reported that a day or two ago.  No feedback.  Would like to run it in a sandbox and see what it really is.

I don't think anyone here is going to run it and report back.   If they do, they will probably start a new thread saying "Help, I downloaded a new game and all my BTC disappeared!"

If I recall correctly, there have been another attack of PMs for another game which provided a link to malware.
The site admin had to remove almost 17000 PM!

Yup, I received it too. I went back to check today and now it's gone so theymos or one of the admins/mods must have deleted them all. It was probably a wallet stealer. I hope nobody actually got scammed.

One too many zeros. It was 1700 PMs

I deleted all of the PMs. There were about 1700 of them.

You should always report spam PMs. You won't be banned for inaccuracy.

Quick solution seems simple.. require 10(?) posts before you can send PMs?

I also got that PM few weeks ago. Reported it but PM is actually not deleted.

The image is from a real site CoinRPG btw: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=406675.0

I believe such PM restriction was in place, back when the newbie jail was still there.

I'd prefer to avoid this because I think that it's pretty common for people to create accounts just in order to send PMs to traders, etc. 0-post users are extremely limited on how frequently they can send PMs, though. That's why this spammer creates new accounts for ~every PM (requiring 2 CAPTCHAs and a new IP per account).

I'm looking into how to properly deal with this.
