Ditto. I offer 260 BTC for all three 5870s shipped to 93401 as long as they haven't been baked.

First, there is no guarantee that the recent upswing in bitcoin prices will last.

The cheaper versions of these cards are already becoming a rarity. Just look at amazon, newegg or tigerdirect. As the popularity of bitcoin mining rises this trend will continue. Quite simply put, I can wait.

What brand cards are the 5870, and how long ago were they purchased?  IE.  Are they under warranty?

There's no guarantee the recent upswing in resell value of 5870s and 5770s will last.

Gamers will be upgrading more and more away from these cards, and they represent the vast majority of the market.

As we slide down the banister of life, this is just another splinter in our ass.

Thats a good point. One 5870 is brand new, the 5770 is a year old and warrantied, the other two 5870s are a year old.
