Even getting a green one from the "official trust list" wouldn't be the solver of your problem.
You must ask everybody that gave you a negative trust to remove it.

The negative feedback is deserved in this case. Not only for the several loan attempts but for repeatedly trying to scam someone into buying and shipping him a computer which he will pay for later, and then for laughably claiming he will share a bounty of treasure that is apparently buried on his friends land once he has the money to unearth it  . |

I'm inclined to believe the latter on this occasion. He's also asked for a tiny loan as well to buy mining equipment somewhere  . I don't think he's gonna drop it anytime soon either. |
