I downloaded Nexus 2.5.0 x64 Qt wallet for windows and the blockchain. The wallet successfully accepted the blockchain but stuck at block 2203099. How to force it to sync at 100%?

If you are upgrading from 0.2.4.6 or earlier, this version will re-index your blockchain database the first time it runs. The process will take a while, up to 5-10x the normal load time depending on your hardware. Just let it load, then let it sync completely.

The wallet was able to synchronize (just for a few minutes!) only with the release of the new version.

Download the recent database (bootstrap) from nexusearth.com and load your wallet. It works.

i've downloaded the recent database although two weeks ago. Anyway i'll re-download now...again and give feedback.

EDIT: so i download and imported recent db and the result is still the same. Sync stops after 1000+ block and i have to restart wallet then again the same loop.

EDIT 2: when 2500 blocks left to sync it managed to sync without restart. lets hope it stays synced from now on.

At the 2018 Nexus Conference, Colin Cantrell, Nexus Founder and Software Architect, gave a  presentation explaining the latest developments in the Nexus Tritium protocol.  Tritium is the first release of the Nexus three dimensional blockchain, and will be followed by Amine and Obsidian. He explained the necessity of each layer in the Tritium software stack (Network, Ledger, Register, Operations, Logical, API and Interface), their different functions, and gave a deeper explanation of the Lower Level Library (LLL).   Colin also showed off some impressive benchmark tests comparing the Nexus Lower Level Database (LLD) read / write speed to Ripple Nu DB, Google Level DB and Oracle Berkeley DB (spoiler: Nexus tested faster than all). He also demonstrated a live, functioning demo of Tritium with the entire stack running, while showing a glimpse of what is to come for business use cases.
