So the way it works is  he will issue the asset. he will put up a buy and sell order 0.00000001 asset apart. When the time to collect investments has ended he will take down the buy and sell orders. Calculate the total number of tokens out standing. 1 over "total tokens outstanding" will equal the percentage of your crypto they are entitled to. So let me give an example. Say that people buy 138 tokens total. And you have 10million units of crypto. 1/138=0.007246. 0.007246*10million=72460. So each token that someone turned in would entitle them to 72460

and after that only 14400 coins per days, this will not too much dump. if we can sold out IPO about 50%, the dump cant break the price also the total supply become rare.

There is no such thing as a "Fair distribution" coin. doesnt exist. You cant fairly distribute a pos coin or a pow coin. eg..
1.pos distributed to all investors, obviously some 7billion people wont be inclided around the world.
2.Pow coins get distributed to they guys with the bigger machines. Also not "Fair"
You simply cannot distribute coins fairly. Unless you have a comunism coin and we dont want that do we? cos all this fairness is leading to a comunism state.
